Complaints about discrimination, sexual harassment, racial and religious vilification (VEOHRC)

The Victorian Equal Opportunity & Human Rights Commission (VEOHRC) can help people with questions and complaints about:

  1. Discrimination
  2. Sexual harassment
  3. Racial and religious vilification
  4. Victimisation

For more information on what counts as discrimination, sexual harassment, racial and religious vilification and victimisation, use the links on the left side of this page.

Important: VEOHRC does not accept complaints about breaches of human rights. To make a complaint about the prison breaching your human rights, you can complain to the Victorian Ombudsman. Use the links about the Ombudsman on the left side of this page for more information.

There are two ways you can get help from VEOHRC:

  1. Ask for information
  2. Make a complaint
